This firm is awful. They did not help me at all. $5,000 down the drain. They did nothing for me and were late to my hearing. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

I cannot thank Yanez & Associates more! We had a very difficult and very personal case. They did everything in their power to fight for us and be there for us through the whole process. I would like to personally thank Mr. Sean Yanez and especially Iraida Oliva! We could not have asked for a better person to be in our corner than Iraida. She put in many long and difficult hours to help us and we appreciate everything and couldn't have asked for more!! I know we wouldn't have been able to have done this by ourselves.

I had made an appointment two weeks prior since Bettina was out of the office, I called one and a half hour prior to my appointment to confirm since I had a 30 mile drive and I had to leave my business, they confirmed the appointment and I drove over, I got there, they had me fill out a form, 5 minutes later, another attorney came out greeted me and told me that Battina was not available today she was in court.... I fumed of course because this was total disrespect to clients time, I am not sure what makes doctors and attorneys think that their time is more valuable than clients, on my way back, Battina called me to apologize stating that her office screws up sometimes and they should have known better...well if an attorney relies on such unreliable staff, it makes me wonder what other mistakes this staff would make when submitting important documents to the court which can make or break your case and then she would blame it on the staff and it becomes okay. Obviously this attorney is not hands on and office staff is totally unreliable. I had my hopes up for hiring this attorney after reading reviews, but I was extremely disappointed, this is certainly not someone I would trust with a complicated and extremely serious divorce.

Bettina thank you for your assistance in a family law matter. Your advice was very helpful and much appreciated. I will keep you in mind if any of my family or friends need assistance in family law matters.

My experience withYanez FIRM was amazing, i had such a short time to come up with something to help me and Joanna was there for me. I really appreciated the free consultation as well, it let me see even in their own time they help not knowing off one will be paying for the assistance or not. The fee is also reasonable I think if it had to do with your child its worth it. I hope to never have to go to court again but if I had to I wouldn't think twice in hiring Yanez FIRM again.
