Tuan was knowledgeable about the inner workings of the immigration process. My father had trouble finding someone who would take his case due to some circumstances but nonetheless he Tuan was still willing. He kept up with email exchanges to answer any of our concerns and flew to the immigration location on the day of to help us with the paperwork. My dad successfully became a U.S. citizen and we can finally breath. Overall good service.

I had a difficult case where it lasted over 10 years. Tuan had helped me through out the process and we finally won the case.
