I sadly had to meet Megan and her team through a series of unfortunate events. From inception the case was handled with full and clear communication and no promises made. I was offered medical treatment to help me recover with proper care and as soon and as possible. When I explained that I would go through my personal insurance, it was made clear that if my insurance began to fail in my recovery efforts that the medical help they offered was always available. Each step of the process was always explained. There were times that i became impatient or worried that my lingering medical problems were going to cost too much, i would receive a phone call explaining that the medical portion is yes another process that would be handled after settlement with the auto insurance company. I would receive updates on the case or requests for areas that have been impacted due to the extended length of time for my medical treatment. Megan even contacted my company (I am a part owner) and asked for the impact caused by the extensive time of recovery i needed that kept me away from being at work. The entire process was thorough and honest. I tested ideas that I was not sure would affect my case. Megan or her team would respond with honest answers and never tried to take an extra nickel from the insurance company that wasn't deserved. When I was first met the entire process was laid out and explained as best as possible for a person who was severely hurt and emotionally thinking. The best part about Megan is when I felt a little downhearted or upset that my medical bills were piling up quickly through insurance, she was quick to call me and provide reassurance that I should only worry about my recovery and that she was the person to take care of the worry portion regarding my bills. (and she never got mad at me even if portion of the conversation(s) seemed intense) My case was just finalized and I was fortunate enough to receive more than my medical bills wound up totaling. This news will help me with the responsibilities I was unable to fulfill for just over a year.

50+ years of a perfect driving record, so I never needed legal representation--never even talked to an attorney before on anything.
