I hired Kevin Qualls ten years ago to handle my divorce and child custody cases. He was able to resolve then both efficiently. Recently, I hired Mr. Qualls again to change the court order of child custody. He fought for my 12 year old son to have a child's interview with the courts. I feel this interview had great impact on the judges decision. Not many fathers are granted 90% custody, but Mr. Qualls made it happen. In addition, Mr. Qualls was able to erase any support I was paying to my ex-wife. Borth Mr. Qualls and his office staff respond quickly to phone calls and emails helping me feel assured that their service is "above and beyond". As a parent, I could not give a higher recommendation for Mr. Qualls services.

Mr. Kevin is one of the best lawyers, he is very familiar with the family law. I highly recommend him to anybody. Thank you to his team too, Cindy was very helpful during the process!

Very knowledgable. Really knows his stuff and doesn't want to waste your money or time. He is really familiar with the OC Court system and has a good rapport with the judges and other attorneys. He was my attorney and ended up working with my ex also. Great guy! Would recommend him to anyone!

Zero/NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THIS UNETHICAL & NEGLIGENT ATTORNEY (IMO). First, it appears that Most of the Reviews are Fake/Fraud. I checked Atty Qualls Reviews--1 Year ago: Not Many & Reviews made were Negative & Horrible. What happened to all the BAD REVIEWS??!! HUGE RED FLAG!! IMO, Qualls is Unethical; Negligent; Completely Unprofessional; Bad & Poor Performance in Court; Is UN-PREPARED In Court; Lies in order to Cover his Incompetency; Charges for Bogus Work; Fabricates Information; Has a Horrible Attitude; and Extremely Poor Memory. Qualls is "OLD" meaning he is Completely Incompetent, Ill-Equipped. IMO, Qualls Needs to be DisBarred!

Mr. Kevin Qualls is the best lawyer I have had. He is not only a professional lawyer who knows what he is doing the best for his clients but he also has a heart of a friend whom you can trust. I had another lawyer before, which I lost my daughter, but with Mr. Qualls, I have now full custody. He is the best. There is no better in my opinion. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney for family law court.

I had what was referred to as a "High conflict case", and I'm grateful to have had Mr. Qualls representing me. Custody is a tough, emotional, and very personal situation for all parties involved, and Mr. Qualls was sensitive, and also efficient and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Qualls for any family law matters.

Kevin is a straight shooter as said below. Although I didn't always like what I heard he did his very best to advise me on the various options I had for getting through a difficult divorce. I appreciated his frankness and his willingness to listen to my questions about the process... I will never go through a divorce again BUT if I needed representation I would call him first!
