After attempting to navigate my divorce on my own and having forms returned a couple of times from the court due to minor errors, I found myself somewhere between needing to hire a divorce attorney and grinding it out on my own. I was referred to Odine and in short order paperwork was signed and submitted. Everything went through smoothly and I was able to finalize my divorce and obtain full legal custody of my daughter. What I assumed was that this is a very small case maybe he doesn't call me back and to my surprise, he called me and gave me valuable advice without even charging me a penny. Quan and Grant are great! I had a really complicated situation and a short time line and they put in the long hours to make sure things were done right. They were knowledgable and patient with all of my ignorant questions and I trust their advice completely. She’s horrible. She has an answer for everything not professional she doesn’t prepare the correct documents when she gets called out she claims she’s just a paralegal! Let's be clear I had to select a star to be able to post this review! . Most alarming was the fact that she had used the same reasons for unacceptable service ,that her cousin had died and that she had family issues she had to deal with. I JUST CANNOT IMAGINE HOW MANY TIMES SHE HAS USED THIS NOTION. I actually felt sorry for her Coincidentally, I ran into an old friend and as we were catching up, we realized that we had both used Odine Limansky services with identical results. Therefore this friend sued her back in 2018 . Here are my facts; 1. She failed to explain the Post Judgement form to me and checked the incorrect box that stated all paperwork was submitted and had all the supporting documents included in the filing. a. In court the Judge said that there were no supporting documents. Obviously I had all the documents with me at court but they were not admitted because they weren't filed as required. which resulted in the Judge denying all my requests. b. Attorney fee request was denied by the court because she claims to be my attorney. I discussed this beforehand and she worded it differently, as these fees were only requested by me because I was forced to go back to court to enforce the judgement. c. The Spousal or Domestic Partner Support Declaration Attachment request for alimony for one contained many errors which I had to amend . For example, she stated that the Petitioner was requesting an adjustment in alimony and not the Respondent requesting it. This was unacceptable. This was denied due to FL150 having no supporting documents NOT because of how much money either individual makes. d. Visitation of the family pet. Supporting documents weren't filed. f. Request to have QDRO enforced was denied because, again, she did not submit the request to the court correctly. And I ended up filling the forms on my own and the Joiner was accepted. g. LASTLY the request that the petitioner be found in Contempt is was also denied for not BEING IN PROPER FORMAT.

Let me just say Odine is amazing, she works very fast and efficient. I couldn’t be any happier with the service she has provided for me. I was very lost and confused did not how to go about getting my child’s full custody and she definitely took care of me! I am speechless at how quickly I was able to have what I wanted! Definitely recommend her!!

Odine messed up on files which delayed my divorce filing on top of covid closure delays. I just wanted everything to be done smooth and stress-free but going with Odine made things WORSE. She kept telling me something different from what the court clerk was saying. She said court clerk doesn't know what he/she was talking about. I had to constantly wait on phone or visit the court to fix or check on my case. I cried so many times going through this divorce with Odine. She made me cry more than my ex did. She made my divorce worse than what it should have been like. I am filing a complaint against her CALDA license for her mistakes and unprofessional demeanor. Absolute nightmare. -Grace S.
