Mr. Syme is an encyclopedia of knowledge. And honest as they come. Very refreshing.

Mr Osofsky explains everything very thoroughly, is extremely patient answering all questions, ensures the primary person's wishes are known to him and are being carried out. This includes consulting with our Mom 1:1 with us out of the room to ensure this. He then stayed with us over a long period of time as Mom sorted out her living situation etc. Once he established the correct trust for Mom, he then worked as an intermediary with our CPA. When Mom passed he processed all the paperwork and again served as an intermediary to the government and CPA. He was extremely thorough, professional but personal and empathetic as he worked with us all. He remains up on current law and policy. I highly recommend Mr. Osofsky.

I can’t say enough about this attorney. I came upon a very stressful, overwhelming problem I had to deal with for my dad. The laws and all the things that I can do -I can’t do for him and my mom since I’m the power of attorney so overwhelming. He made the passage of things that I needed to get done quickly he explained them eloquently so I could understand .answered thousands of questions that I had regarding them and their situation. I would definitely refer anyone I know to him in regards to the elderly care he’s very knowledgeable! Very honest as well ! They have been holding a law suit against the City and county of San Francisco, since 2015 I was ingered by a permanent worker driving off road and was fired when the sent me home because I was issued light duty. I got no work man's comp about $70,000 in physical therapy and a hernia operation, the and a half months later I go back to work released for fill duty, I get there 5:30 am only to be greaded Javier you no longer work here!?

Uriarte & Carr, LLP did an excellent job of representing me in my workers compensation case. They were very honest in their representation of my injuries, were timely, and the results were in line with what I had expected for the injuries I suffered. Uriarte & Carr was brilliant representing me but I referred a couple of friends recently and their experience wasn’t so great. So, I’m not sure what happened.

My worker's comp case lasted years before it finally was settled. This was not Romeo's fault. Romeo was with me all the way until the case was resolved. He treated me respectfully and with kindness. He was honest and showed concern for my ongoing pain and suffering. He was zealous in making sure workers comp bills were paid on time, even going to court before a Judge to resolve difficult issues. He scheduled necessary medical reviews with competent doctors for my case I recommend his legal services highly.
