Mr. Mankin aided us during a square footage dispute several years ago. We bought a business and the square footage was not as much as advertised. Even though we had removed our "due diligence" contingencies in the contract and were on the hook for $25,000 in liquidated damages, Mr. Mankin was able to back us up and resolve the dispute favorable.
