Our child is an LAUSD special education student. Our family is being represented by A2Z for the last 3 years. Atty. DeBovy and her staff are very commendable for the following reasons -accountability, passionate, and promptness. As a parent of a child with special needs, and having worked in the various mid-size law firms in Los Angeles, I am very pleased on how A2Z handles our case. So many families are finding it extremely difficult to get their children the education they need and have a right to. A2Z understands where you are coming from and has the expertise to help. I called to get a consultation regarding my son's school issue we are dealing with and the lady who answered the call was very cold and her customer service wasn't good. Without even listen to what my case is about she simply said they can't help me, kind of pre-judged me. Not cool

I have been a foster parent in my community for over 25 years and I have hired numerous attorneys and advocates to fight for the rights of over 80% of the children in my care. I have never worked with such an amazing team as A2Z Advocates. I had an IEP conducted by Carrie Watts for my 18 year old special needs adopted daughter. That was the best IEP I have ever had. I recorded the IEP and shared it with my fellow social workers and Marriage and Family Therapist. They responded to the audio as if they were at a basketball game. They we're clapping and shouting, You go Carrie." This was money well spent. Ms. Carrie was worth every penny.

Was able to talk to a live person immediately. They were very helpful and caring. I needed urgent help and i was able to meet w/ a lawyer right away. They made me feel like a part of the team fighting for my childs rights. I would recomme them to anyone. Im glad to know they are going to be by my side for as long as my child needs them.
