Great attorney

I share a similar story to hundreds if not thousands of property owners across the United States. My story is based out of Southern California and as you all know California has the strictest tenant laws. I purchased a home and the previous renter/tenant would not leave the property. I tried on my own to go through the court system and file the appropriate paperwork but it was just way to confusing and convoluted.
