Let me start by saying this—I was unease about walking into this. I mean, who really wants to be in this situation, right? But the moment I met Jenny, all those uneasy feelings started to melt away. She gave us a fair and honest evaluation that really put our minds at ease. After talking with her, I felt like I finally got my peace back and hit the reset button. My chapter 13 was recently discharged. It was a lot less painful than I expected, no doubt because after a lot of fact gathering and investigation I elected to use the services of the J. Dowling Law Firm. When I first had my free consultation it was with Jenny herself, not one of the staff. When I had to make one appearance in front of the trustee, Jenny was with me. That will build confidence in your representation. Like every client, I had tons of questions. All were answered promptly in plain language. Since I did not want to pester them with phone calls I used mostly email and got swift responses. A word to the wise: you will have to produce evidence of your assets and debts. Your case will be smooth, like mine was, as long as your documents are complete and up to date. Also, they will show you a free service allowing you to track your case online showing all receipts and disbursements, thereby eliminating most of your apprehension about your progress. You will be pleased with the service and professionalism of Jenny and her staff. Looking back, there is no doubt I used the right representation.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. My advice is to be very patient with the process. If they don't contact you for awhile it's probably because they don't have any new information for you. Filing for bankruptcy was a difficult decision, Jenny gave me factual information based on my information to make my own decision, no pushing nor "hard sell" - she and her staff were extremely professional, kind, and patient with my (what seemed to be) millions of questions, and they continued throughout the five years to get it discharged.
