When you hire Ira, you get a trained professional with a good heart, a sharp mind and a focus on the bigger picture. Despite a highly contentious divorce with opposing council's three attorney legal team, Ira and his partner, Anthony Dunne, billed me for work that only needed to be done to protect my interests and that of my child’s, advance our case, and get through the divorce. While they could have billed considerable amounts by responding to the opposing council’s acrimonious efforts, they focused on getting my case resolved. Both of these men have endured their own personal “trials and tribulations” and bring their experience as fathers and loving parents to bear as they helped me protect my daughter and get a very unhealthy person out of my life. Tony and Ira are good men, good attorneys and demonstrated that they can be trusted to do the right thing. We had the unfortunate displeasure of having to file bankruptcy about 15 years ago...Ira was extremely knowledgeable and helped us immensely during the process. We have continued to use Ira on other occasions and he has never failed us.

We gave Ira Liss a 1200 dollar retainer to file a bankrupsy on a business. We decided not to file and asked for the retainer back and he has refused. This was at least 4 years ago. I have the check with bank stamp and letter requesting the retainer be returned.
