Fantastic office. I was half way through doing my fathers probate on my own, but got stuck. I called all the top Family law attorneys in town and they all refused to help me because I started it myself… ZERO empathy. Burt+Clerc was a different story. She said they wouldn’t feel right charging me for a full probate since I did the majority of it, and gave me a very fair rate. My parents utilized Julia Burt in their affairs. Julia provided incorrect information which has been significantly detrimental to my elderly Mom and myself as her Trustee. I tried to discuss with Julia upon my Mom's passing and even at such a difficult time Julia laughed at me while over the phone. Notarizing paperwork can be done by anyone it is NOT required to be done by you Julia for you to make another $ off of my uninformed beloved Mother. Shame on you!!
