Wasn't sure where to go for bankruptcy but a Lyft driver of all people gave me Chris's card & I don't regret it. Was able to finally take care of my mounting albatross of debt, & I'll always be grateful for that. Also worked with me in installments, which a financially strapped person is always going to appreciate. Wasn't a completely smooth or flawless process (admittedly because of me at times, not hiding the ball there), but I wasn't paying top dollar, so the value for what I got was pretty great. Got most of what I wanted, & definitely what I needed. Would certainly recommend to others.

Chris Hewitt helped me file a chapter 13 bankruptcy 3 years ago and am now debt free after paying $250 dollars for the last 36 months. He was able to strip my 2nd mortgage which I owed 50k dollars to and get rid of 30k dollars of credit card debt. This cost me a total of 9000 dollars over 3 years. Every other attorney told me I should file a chapter 7 and he was the only one who gave me the option of doing a 13 and was able to explain how a lien strip is only available under chapter 13. He has been great counsel throughout this whole process, was always easy to get a hold of and took a lot of time to see this through the end.
