We were looking for 4 key things when looking for a lawyer to assist us with our prenuptial agreement - 1) Knowledgeable 2) Trustworthy 3) Quick (we only had a month to the day from initial contact to our elopement date) 4) Able to do the work remotely until the point of signing (as we are about a 1.5 hr drive and have a newborn at home) Mark checked off all these boxes and more. He was so quick, efficient, and meticulous in drafting our prenuptial agreement. He made the couple of slight adjustments to our agreement to fit our specific needs and tackled all our questions with ease. This is absolutely the worst experience. First off the Lawyer who answered the telephone was absolutely not only the rudest person but a jerk at the same time. I called because I was desperate to get advice, any kind of help. I have called so many lawyers and finally I had to do everything myself. So on their website, its says "AGGRESSIVE" and "FREE CONSULTATION". So he definitely was Aggressive from the moment he answered the phone, I called and Mark I am guessing by his RUDE AND OFFENSIVE TONE answered the phone, says "Yea I do free consultations but dont have time, you have 30 secs to summarize, GO NOW". After I tried to go as fast as I can, I asked him my question.. he mumbled "yes, you can do that" and I heard him but when I asked him to repeat himself and say it louder, he says "I DONT WISH TO ANSWER" AND HUNG UP ON ME... IF THIS IS A LAWYER, HE JUST BE DISBARRED FOR RUDENESS. ITS A GOOD THING I WON MY CASE WITHOUT THIS LOSER OF AN ATTORNEY. THE WORST.. HE DOESNT CARE ABT ANYONE! I WISH I COULD GIVE HIM A NEGATIVE STAR FOR HIS BEHAVIOR. He may be a great lawyer, but he FAILS in MANNERS AND BEHAVIOR. I would give him an F.
