get everything in writing up front. if he magnanimously offers a continuance, make sure you know what his fee will be. his habit in court is to charge defendant exorbitant fees on any settlement, much greater than his actual fee to client. those exorbitant fees end up on defendant credit report. even though ford paid by his clients.

Chris did our estate planning and trusts. He is very attentive and knowledgeable on the issues and answered all of our questions. I appreciate that on some issues he said he wanted to do research to make sure of the best way to proceed. He also has been very good about following up with us.
