get everything in writing up front. if he magnanimously offers a continuance, make sure you know what his fee will be. his habit in court is to charge defendant exorbitant fees on any settlement, much greater than his actual fee to client. those exorbitant fees end up on defendant credit report. even though ford paid by his clients.

Chris did our estate planning and trusts. He is very attentive and knowledgeable on the issues and answered all of our questions. I appreciate that on some issues he said he wanted to do research to make sure of the best way to proceed. He also has been very good about following up with us. The staff at the office were also great to deal with. We have recommended Heritage Legal to a number of friends who have all been happy with their work.

I am very grateful to Joseph Rhea for having guided me through a situation that could have been truly horrible. He always kept in touch, told me everything would be all right and that all trumped up charges would be dropped. And in the end everything was all right and all charges were dropped.
