We were very fortunate to have found and retained The Baum Law Firm to represent our personal injury cases. From day one they vigorously assembled and scheduled a complete professional team to assist all of our physical injury needs. Our case mgr Cece followed up promptly with calls and emails which made it less stress for us. After a short time it became clear that Mr Baum is very personable, a good listener who was easy to talk with, honest, and forceful when required. We appreciate the the continued professionalism as we became long distance clients during this case. We would without any hesitation highly recommend Mr Baum and his law firm.

They have a recently published article outlining the California WARN act however, when I called, even though I fully fall under the act, they just said they’re just really busy. They even stated because of the economy, this doesn’t apply. I’ve read the act, it is very back and white. The act does not outline an exception due to the economy. I do not recommend this firm and better yet, actually recommend they get a new receptionist. I didn’t even get the opportunity to speak to an attorney.

He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and always responded to every email and phone call. He won my case and I definitely recommend him.
