This is the best immigration law firm ever! Our previous attorney botched my husband’s green card extension, just before expiration and we were in a panic. Much like doing your own taxes, you can try to fill out all the paperwork and go through the process on your own, and lose some hair in the process… or, you can hire a qualified attorney who makes things so much easier - and so much less stressful! They have a recently published article outlining the California WARN act however, when I called, even though I fully fall under the act, they just said they’re just really busy. They even stated because of the economy, this doesn’t apply. I’ve read the act, it is very back and white. The act does not outline an exception due to the economy. I do not recommend this firm and better yet, actually recommend they get a new receptionist. I didn’t even get the opportunity to speak to an attorney.
