I just wanted to say a BIG TY to Mr. and Mrs. Aoun, they were AMAZING!!!!, from Day 1 all the way to the end of the process, they were honest, up front with everything, commutation was great, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, we had a 2020 Lincoln, and man what a headache. With their help, we was able to get ALL our $ back what we paid, they're simply amazing. If you think k you have a lemon vehicle, just give then a call, they'll take great care of you. I hope to never have to do this process again, but if I do, there's no hesitation, IM calling them IMMEDIATELY. The whole process took about 4months, that's quick considering. Would give zero stars if I could, had to call multiple times because the phone just rang. And when the staff at this establishment did answer they were rude, and could offer me no information. 10/20 wouldn’t recommend
