I hired Family Law Attorney John Bigler to represent me in my very difficult family law case that involved a long-term marriage. Over the last ten years, Mr. Bigler did an outstanding job representing me. I found him to be very open, honest and straight-forward in counselling me on the family law matters that applied in my case. In looking back at my case, I am particularly impressed with Mr. Bigler’s legal knowledge and the way he anticipated issues, early in my case, that I would be dealing with in the future and the way he took early action on my behalf on key matters that allowed me to eventually conclude my case. Mr. Bigler was successful in winning an appeal to overturn a Trial Court decision due to his ability, during my trial, to think on his feet and expertly address last-minute issues presented by the Trial Court. His expertise, in putting matters on the record during my trial, were instrumental in winning an appeal that concluded my case by proving to the Appellate Court that the Trial Court “abused its discretion.” John Bigler is not only a good person; he is also a great family law attorney.

Hands Down The best family Law Attorney in the Antelope Valley I had originally hired another well-known family law attorney. On my first two appointments, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, only to be told he would not make the meetings, I walked out. John Bigler picked up my case and communicated quickly, we met and had a very candid conversation on how to best strategize and proceed forward. When I left his office, I felt relieved. I had a court date the next day, and he was all over it. He was upfront and honest and explained the expectations in the court room and how the proceedings might go, and provided me with a no non-sense approach, no hype or false expectations. He helped me to navigate some tough emotional decisions, and was available to answer my questions, which put me at ease. When we had court appearances, he helped calm my nerves. After my divorce was settled, the outcome was much more favorable than I had anticipated. My divorce matter was fairly complex, there was a multitude of dynamics surrounding my case such as child custody evaluations, (which he guided me through the entire way), support issues, retirement assets, and other property division, all very overwhelming. John Bigler is on his game - he is knowledgeable, reliable, and really understands his trade. He turned a very stressful situation into a more manageable situation. His office staff is warm, friendly, and very accommodating. John will always be my legal counsel, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of family law.

Mr John Bigler and his staff were amazing with my case. I wouldn't hesitate to hire John again and I have referred many friends to him and will continue to tell everyone that asks me, who is the best, to call John. GROUND BREAKING PATERNITY CASE! A couple of years ago life took a turn that left me fighting to be a part of our sons life. Before I retained John Bigler my outlook was grim as my ex had hired an attorney unbeknownst to me and was setting me up to secure her move away. From my understanding, move away cases are some of the most difficult cases in family court. I had no idea what my rights were as a father and the only thing I wish I had done differently was hire Mr. Bigler sooner. If you are a father, do not wait to hire an attorney after a separation or divorce! John Bigler is an excellent attorney. I was the petitioner in my case, and as the father, I was concerned about my future with our son. It terrified me that the court was to decide the fait of our relationship. I went through hell because of the unfortunate reality that the respondent was determined to keep the upper hand no matter what the cost (we could have paid for an Ivy League education for our son by this point). The case started off really rocky when I received a less than favorable (and unfair) evaluation by the evaluator assigned to our case. The case ended up going to trial and when the trial date eventually came, it was continued a few times for unforeseen circumstances, one being that the respondent hired a second attorney, a "super lawyer," who personally knew the original judge overseeing our case. Having John as my attorney gave me a fighting chance on this roller coaster of a journey. The trial lasted for 3 days over approximately a 6 week period. Mr. Bigler came to court guns blazing so to speak. He had prepared for the fight of my life & it showed throughout not only the trial, but in all the correspondence that took place between his office and myself. He knew my case inside and out! Not only did he prep me well for trial, he read through literally hundreds of text message and email correspondence between the respondent and I to gather the top information for the best arguments that would show the court how involved I was in our sons life, and what a detriment it would be to our relationship if he moved away. When everything was said and done, against all odds, WE WON! Through the 2 years of heavy litigating the respondent went through 4 ATTORNEYS! Including the aforementioned "Super Lawyer" and even an Appellate Attorney, when she tried to appeal the case. I owe it to John Bigler & his excellent staff including his amazing paralegal Azjhuree' Brown for helping me secure our father/son relationship. At the end of the day you truly get what you pay for and John Bigler was & is worth every penny! I firmly believe that John is not only a stellar attorney, but he is also a kind and compassionate human being. He out performed my expectations and paved the way for a new secured life with my son. John did a great job on my case . I definitely was happy with the outcome. His staff was very patient and answered any questions I had and helped me understand the process. They were very good about Returning my call as well as fitting me in for appointments.I seen John after my case was over and he had asked how things were.
