I spoke with Kevin and he gave me a lot of information and suggested that I just file a small claim for up to $10,000 for property damage to my vehicle. He said it would not be worth it to get an attorney as I would be left with little money for my repairs. He also gave me a number to speak with other attorneys and see what they say about his opinion. Very useful, much appreciated.
