Vanessa is super sweet and is very responsive to every question asked. I was able to get my final settlement in about 8 months, and went through physical therapy and counseling at the recommendation of Kistler and was very impressed with the progress and outcome. My accident was traumatic but Kistler made it very easy to overcome and while I hope I never have to return due to another accident, I would return to Kistler and recommend to anyone going through something similar.

Jalynn Richardson is one the best employees of all time. In fact some would say she’s actually the greatest employee of all time. I got into a terrible accident and Jesus himself couldn’t hand me a better case manager than Ms. Richardson. 10/10
