Do not use him he did not fight for me I came in with 98% of my documents completed he copied them and billed me for the same documents I gave him .recommend I leave my home after I showed proof my ex-wife lived somewhere else when I realized he was not trying to fight for me he wanted more and more money I decided I can fight for my self and told him I no longer needed his services he was in court with my ex-wife attorney supporting her I couldn't believe what I was seeing he is shady don't trust him

Tim Johnson was attentive and professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I felt he had my best interests in mind. Tim and all his staff were available when I needed them.

I hired Robert Johnson for a custody case. He reviewed all my paper work and he was very straightforward and told me up front what he was going to do for me. Robert Johnson and his staff were always available to answer all my concerns and questions. They all know how stressful the process can be going through a child custody case . They made me feel like I was a part of their family. Robert Johnson got me full custody and I have been by his office from time to time. Just to see how they all are doing. They all make you feel welcome. Best Money Spent.

My case ended in 2015. I was represented by Tim. I interviewed him because it was important to me that I was hiring the right person for the job not the lawyer wan ting a case. Tim was straight, to the point and that is what I like. None of this beating around the bush to get an extra buck out of me. I was the one to ask the questions during the interview and he listened and answered. Sometimes as people we only see one thing when it comes to a case and that is all for us but when you are wrong you are wrong and some people cannot handle it. I know some people can't handle bluntness but that is the best way to handle a case in my opinion. Lawyer is not hiding anything from you or holding back. Tim even tried to back track what I was owed and even though it was not possible because the law prevented it, and I wish it could have been, I respected it because the law was right and it was not in my favor. It happens. We are not always right on what we think we are going to get due to, unfortunately, other matters that come into play. In the end all my questions were answered, nothing was hidden, straight and to the point. If you cannot handle a lawyer that is being blunt honest with everything in your case without you getting butt hurt then this is not the lawyer for you. Tim did his job, he got me what corresponded to me, not what I thought that did, according to the law. I really thank him and the firm for everything. Even the receptionist ladies at the front desk. A great job well done.

I hired the Johnson Law Firm because they were recommended to me by a friend and their initial retainer was a $1000 less than another lawyer that I regret to this day not hiring. Hiring the Johnson Law Firm has been one of the worse decisions I have ever made. My initial consultation was with Robert Johnson, the experienced lead partner of the firm. However, unfortunately for me, he turned out to be quite unscrupulous and appeared to only play the role of bait to lure me in with his legal knowledge and powerful presence. He failed to be available for consequent meetings and I received a letter notifying me of his retirement less than a month after my initial meeting with him and their collection of my hefty retainer. My case was filed and handled by his very young and inexperienced nephew, Tim Johnson. I was left having paid top dollar for a newbie that had a chip on his shoulder and wanted a gold star for just showing up to my hearing. Among the multitude of ineptitudes of Tim Johnson was that on the day of my hearing it appeared that he had not so much as read my husband's income and expense declaration, let alone actually prepared for my case. He could not have done a worse job. I am disabled and by the time my hearing came, I had been without any income or spousal support for close to a year. Tim was neither empathetic to my situation or prepared to represent me. He was deceptive in his explanations of issues on a settlement agreement he wanted me to agree to, as well as, in his negotiations with my spouse and his lawyer. He had failed to meet with me prior my hearing for any length of time and was really not interested in knowing the details of my case. He showed up completely unprepared and lacking any knowledgeable of even the basic details of my case. What's worse, his errors set a precedence at future hearings. Thanks to Tim Johnson my husband is continuing to not pay court ordered spousal support even though I have $600 monthly out-of-pocket medical expenses and he makes $250,000 per year. He did not help me in receiving a support amount on all my husband's income and failed to get a almost mandatory stipulation on my support order to garnish my husband's wages. Now my husband has even won all the proceeds from the sale of my marital home due to something Tim misled me on at my first hearing. I don't even have money for groceries. Tim and all high level staff at Johnson Law Firm are not concerned with you, your case, or your future. They are only interested in their pockets and how much they can make off you by expelling the least amount of hours and work- and don't even think about calling them with a question or two. You might inconvenience them...

David Ashton has no heart. He is in this business for his gain solely. He has no personal concern for me as a client. He could not tell me if he had signed a document or not. He told me If I did not like his service (after 3 long years) to find another attorney. He then hung up on me. Stay away from this guy.
