I would like to share kudos for Amanda Huynh who helped with the limited conservatorship of our disabled child once they turned 18. Amanda was incredibly responsive and helpful, guiding us through each step of the process, following up on urgent signatures, and patiently answering all our questions. We were very well prepared for our court hearing and sailed through with everything in order. It was clear we had the most competent counsel in the courtroom that afternoon!

We worked with Nick Klingenberg at Gilfix & La Poll on a Property re-titling matter. He was an absolute pleasure, made everything super easy to understand and was patient as we navigated some hoops on our end. I had a Living Trust through another company and wanted to update it as I was getting married. The Trust company I had worked with would not answer any questions or give me any guidance unless I paid $1000.00. I decided I needed to change. Basically I have a visceral reaction to Lawyers due to my past experiences. I decided to use the company my mom had used years back and was introduced to Nick at Gilfix & La Poll. He was wonderful. I had a few nuanced requests and he made everything simple and made sure my wishes were well documented and clear. When I received the draft and had a hard time comprehending many of the sections, he took the time to make sure I understood everything. This was all included in the original price.
