I've known dozens of lawyers over the years and met Sam through a friend's introduction. He was said to he the best young and hungry and knew all the VCs and could help me in ways that they all say they can. And yes he got me connected to investors and yes he's a lawyer. But the one thing about him that I'll always appreciate is that he had my back when it was up against a wall.
