Our real estate agents recommended Peter Brewer for an HOA dispute we had with the sale of our townhome. We worked with Adam Pedersen and Tracy Mainguy and had the best possible outcome! They were familiar with our case from the documents we uploaded and spoke knowledgeably about the relevant laws and possible outcomes. We developed a strategy together that helped us reach an amicable resolution with the HOA and close the sale of our home. We were confident going into our meeting knowing that we had great advice AND a backup plan, should we need to bring in Pedersen and Mainguy again. The fee was super reasonable too! Next time we sell a home we will consider contacting them about writing disclosures - they were great with helping us craft language to appropriately represent ourselves in our situation.

RUN AWAY if you get Ashlee Gonzales! My wife and I took time off work to meet with Ashley but she got flustered when I asked basic questions about Proposition 19. She was not familiar with Proposition 19 (real estate law) and seemed to get defensive, very emotional and hung up the call with no real explanation. Very Unprofessional! she did refund me my $400 for the call. huge waste of time.

Without a doubt, the best real estate law firm out there. Adam Pedersen and James Huang handled my deposit dispute case with the sellers. They educate their clients, and they come up with the best strategy for your case and execute the case in the best interest of their client's situation and demand with extremely reasonable fee. As other reviews also suggested, this is definitely the go to law firm for any real estate related legal matters.

Extremely helpful with a complex litigation issue. When I was sued by the buyer's of my home several years ago it became apparent that I would need the best legal defense possible. Together the Brewer firm teamed up to defend me in what should have been a simple home sale in Silicon Valley.
