Mr. Spivack did an amazing job handling my case. I made a mistake and drove under the influence of Xanax, which I wasn’t prescribed. I hit a car and fled the scene. Thankfully, Thomas was able to negotiate with the prosecution and I ended up getting a misdemeanor dui. It could’ve been a drug charge, felony hit and run, and dui. 3 months of dui classes, some fines, everything is very manageable. I really appreciate Thomas keeping me updated throughout the case. I would absolutely recommend his firm to anyone.
