Thank you Mr. Spivack. I thought I could handle going to court myself but was shocked when they wanted 3 months of jail. Luckily the judge gave me time to get a lawyer. I contacted and hired Mr. Spivack because he knows the prosecutors and judges and that there might be options other than jail. Long story short, he persuaded them to to give me a monitoring device and I served no jail. I got to keep my job and I can be with my family for the holidays.

I express my great appreciation for the work Thomas Spivack did for my daughter and to him personally. His faithful attention to the case give her a true second chance. Her felony injury DUI was lowered to misdemeanor and a prison sentence slashed to community service. She is such a sweet girl and has never gotten in trouble before. A win for my family.

I paid this lawyer 1600 to take care of my boyfriend's case and I wish I hadn't.... in the initial meeting he was flaunting around a bunch of so-called cases that he got dismissed and I had never had to deal with dui before so I didn't know I should have read his reviews even though I see now the good reviews are fake and I should have read the so called cases he claims to have gotten dismissed cause I sure did waste my money he didn't help at all and was hard to get a hold of would never return the phone calls..... now I am married to that boyfriend and his dui is on his record for 10 years and our insurance is through the roof.. my now husband got 3 years probation and 2500 in fines and had to take a class and lost his lic for one year... bottom line if I was you I would just use the ticket clinic and pay less at least you know they really try and don't just take your hard earned money and ignore you

My car broke down at night and I pulled over and parked. I was waiting for my brother to come get me and walked to a liquor store. Bought my favorite pint and drank it thenwalked back to my car. Cops stopped to see if I was "ok" and arrested me for drinking and driving. I was never driving. I had some trouble with the law a few years back so I needed someone who really knew what they were doing and how to represent me. Mr. Spivack took care of me with respect. Took care of my problems handled my dui and domestic violence. Girlfriend and me had some wine then argued and I left mad. Driving out of the parking lot I was stopped by the cops. Wow first time I was ever arrested. I didnt know what to do or who to turn to. My BFF told me to call Mr. Spivack because he helped her with a DUI and she was very happy with the result. Awesome Attorney for Me. Real tired from a long day at work. Was barely over the speed limit. I take prescribed meds and doctor never told me to be careful driving. NO alcohol. 100% BEST RESULT from Worst Situation in My Life Talked to a few attorneys. Thought they were kind of shady either with scare tactics or got off the phone fast when I wasn't ready to book an appointment. Do not bother looking anywhere else. Spivack is simply the BEST lawyer. Smoked spice and got really wasted. Spivack got my DUI dismissed. Reduced to reckless.
