It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kristen Howard and her team. I hired Kristen after my last attorney had poor communication skills, lacked initiative and had internal staffing issues that felt like my case was not given the attention it needed when hard deadlines were approaching. Once Kristen and her team took over it was completely a different experience. I should of hired her from the beginning and I am so grateful I found her. I got a DUI a while back and I wanted to make sure it was handled properly. I was referred to a few people, but two different people (one of them being a deputy sheriff) said Mark Khalaf was the best dui attorney. They said he specializes in DUIs and he's considered the best in Los Angeles. So I met with him. Let me just say, I could immediately tell the difference between him and the other two attorneys I met with. He knew everything. I hired him and he handled my case. He made a bunch of appearances and handled my case for nearly a year...and he never asked for more money. Finally, he got my case reduced and got me a "wet reckless". The referral to hire Mark was the best thing that could of happened to me. I'm so happy I hired him and he really is an expert in DUIs.
