I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Especially as a rental. He is truly one of the best in the business and made the entire experience stress-free and easy. Very knowledgeable and has fast communication.

I had a serious problem with our landlord so we decided to move. During the move Tom help with drafting letters to the owner and apartment building. It really made a difference. We decided to move and he also helped us find a new condo to rent. Very helpful and knowledgeable about Sierra Madre rental market.
