Potential issues with customer service and communication
“This law firm considered my case and sent me an email to fill out a form to provide the "details." And on the next day, they sent me a declining email when they didn't even know the full spectrum of the case (the details) after they gave me their word they would review my case or take it.”

Concerns about fairness and potential bias
“They did not even give me the name of the lawyer who decided to be this rude/give bad customer service and made me waste my time. I do NOT recommend them, their receptionist Esperanza shows signs of suspicious activity and has poor communication skills. The law firm shows signs of public corruption (they are taking counterfeit money/bribery) to reject certain cases.”
