Mr. Chanaka Ramanayaka assisted in my citizenship case. I was denied my citizenship during my interview back in October of 2023. I contacted Catholic Charities where Mr. Chanaka is a staff attorney and thanks to his quick intervention and letter he wrote to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services my case was resolved and I received my citizenship in November of 2023. Mr. Chanaka knew the importance of contacting USCIS in a timely manner and followed up and met with me several times to ensure my case had a positive outcome.
