I would like to recommend Martha Avila as an attorney to anyone who is in need of legal assistance. Her diligence, availability, and organization to her clients go over and beyond. Her knowledge, expertise,and guidance has greatly assisted me through my legal battles with my daughters father.

Martha Avila has been my attorney for a long and strenuous 5 year custody battle. She’s always had great communication with me, showed up to every court date on time, and her front desk clerk Hilda is also so wonderful, I’ve never been left hanging since becoming a client of hers. You hope to never need an attorney facing a custody battle or separation but rest assured, she’ll be very straightforward with you about all the legal proceedings, even though they can feel extremely stressful. It was always a comfort having her in my corner. The one star review on her profile is not her client. B. Armenta is a disgruntled opposing party (my ex). I hope no one is deterred by that false review. Martha has been such a great help to me these past 5 years and always made sure Me and my son we were always well-represented in court. She’s professional and respected. Every judge we ever had in the Downtown Los Angeles superior court always addressed her with high esteem.
