Contacted attorney and worked with him and his assistant, Aminah, both of whom were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Aminah was sure to collect all documents prior to my consultation with Emahn so that he can be aware of everything going into the consultation. When it came to the consultation, Emahn was great! Answered all my questions, of which I had many, listened to all my concerns, and most importantly, provided me with some tips and a gameplan for how to best handle the situation I’m in even if it wasn’t beneficial to him. Consulted and hired this law firm unfortunately. Cared only about collecting his charges, not about your concerns, what you went to him about. How trusting can Emahn be? How much can be truly expected, when he has been disciplined by the state licensing authority? No wonder. No surprises, too. After all, Emahn has professional misconducts, disciplines, probations on him. Sanctions such as these are truly favorable to realize; attorneys such as Emahn, mostly does not represent for his clients faithfully, nor would he willingly comply with requirements set forth for that of his clients' benefits, looking out only for himself, unfortunately for his clients

Emahn is incredibly knowledgeable, business savvy, and professional. He helped me negotiate an intense real estate problem with a tenant and the HOA. He protected me from being held liable for the tenant's negligence. Emahn then revised my real estate contract to protect me in the future. I highly recommend him.

Good sales guy. He should be a used car sales man. Every document that he prepared for me (and I do my every single one) for my case had blatant, time wasting errors in them. When I pointed the errors out to him, he didn't apologize or admit to his mistakes, he simply corrected the mistakes as I instructed and then charged me more money for making the corrections. He has wasted thousands of my dollars and has done nothing helpful for me. Check him out thoroughly before hiring him, and see the complaints against him filed with the State Bar of California. Perhaps he has helped some clients with real estate issues, but in any other area of law (as in my case) I would not recommend him.

Emahn represented a small group of us who were mortgage fraud victims. One of the defendants aggressively resisted us at every turn.
