When my cousin died in January of 2014, and I realized the immensity of the task I had as the Trust Administrator, I did not know exactly what to do, since I live in Portland, OR, and my cousin was in Pasadena. As things got complicated, with some assets going into Probate, I looked up attorneys in Pasadena, and made a cold call to the office of Jonathan Primuth. I was most surprised and delighted that HE actually answered the phone. I told him the situation, and he offered to look at the details and get back to me with some suggestions. Jon quickly responded with some good advice, and I hired him to handle the Probate issues with the Estate/Trust. He guided me through the process...two times having to go to the court after some more research on my part. I met with Jon and his staff ParaLegal twice in Pasadena, and those meetings were informative and very productive. Everything got resolved, thanks to Jonathan Primuth's deep knowledge of the Estate/Trust area. And...most of this got handled at some distance, since I could not go to Pasadena very often. Jon's legal fees were fare and reasonable, and I feel very satisfied with how everything was resolved. I would recommend him and his office without hesitation.
