Ms. Avila never provided an explanation. Ms. Avila never spoke over the phone. Ms. Avila did not leave any voicemails. Ms. Avila did not prepare any work for the case. Ms. Avila did nothing. Ms. Avila has failed to comply with her client.

Ms. Avila has been my attorney for over 10 years since my divorce started. Though my divorce has been final since 2003, I needed Ms. Avila throughout the years. She has been very patient with me especially with an ex husband like mine. He is a serial court junkie and takes me in for any little thing but she is patient with me and helps me deal with my situation. She is very patient and compassionate with her clients. She rarely answered my inquiries with valuable information; she didn't help progress my case in court; I gave her my documents neatly organized in a binder with tabbed folders and when we parted ways, she gave them back in a messy stack full of post-its, all wrapped with a rubber band; she ignored my instructions about what I wanted to accomplish with the most critical area of my case - custody.
