I'm a real estate agent in Pasadena, CA and for the past couple of years I've been using Raymond Zakari for guidance to help me navigate most of the sticky legal issues I come across in my profession. Raymond has an exceptionally sharp mind and is very strategic when it comes to parsing out the relevant details in the haze of some of my transactions. He is also a phenomenal contract expert. He has helped me logistically structure some of my deals that were a bit more complex than most of my other transactions. But I'm mostly impressed with Raymond's ability to work with me in a timely manner and to be clear and concise.
