Patrick is one of the best family law attorneys in Los Angeles. He is a class act, with compassion for clients and quick thinking response in the courtroom. I was in awe watching him in the courtroom, multiple times! The firm is highly ethical, with compassionate staff and some of the best assistant attorneys. On top of it all, Patrick is just a great human. I highly recommend this firm.

Pat runs a full-service office that works at lightning fast speed to efficiently settle your case and can handle any hurdle thrown at you seamlessly. I had a really difficult case. Post judgment, with a coparent that was finding every way he could to reverse custody. This included not taking his custodial days, refusing to act by the courts orders, creating Catch-22's to make it look as if I was "alienating". When the pandemic hit, some of our orders were not actionable since they had to do with us being REQUIRED to exchange inside the police lobbies. Well police lobbies were closed and the other parent would not agree to keeping his distance so exchanges could happen peacefully. He instead created a multitude of false evidence. Patrick Baghdaserians stepped in with Alice and the team and with a short amount of time, were able to help me rebut all the 36 (yes 36 false claims) and the attempt of the other parent to remove custody from me. Please understand, my intentions have always been peace. If you want to know what makes Mr. Baghadasarians so smashingly effective in the Court room is that he knows the law. He knew we had a Montenegro judgment, he knew that I was not breaking the orders, he held the Court accountable in a respectful and dignified way. He stood up to the other parents terrifying and abusive Attorney who was literally attacking me with false statements that Mr. Baghadasarians held ground that they were hearsay. This is what is important. The Court denied the other parents WHOLE RFO. And there were reasons they could have not if I had a less capable attorney. The opposing attorney was shut down, not be rudeness but by Mr. Baghadasarians skill and respect. He also saw that this was a clear domestic violence situation and that the other parent was using our child as a tool to get back at me for leaving him. Though Mr. Baghadasarians is not cheap, you are getting what you paid for. Make sure you explain the details of your case that are important VERY CLEARLY. Don't ramble. Be prepared with what you want and they will be honest with what they can do for you. I am very grateful that I was suggested to him by another attorney who said that he was the only attorney who could turn this scary RFO on its head and keep my child and my safety intact.
