Patrick Baghdaserians is the best divorce law attorney. He was my third lawyer. He is extremely competent, organized, and gets amazing results. If you are looking for experienced and aggressive trial lawyer, don't look further, Patrick is the best family law attorney. He won my case with 50/50 custody when other party was trying to give you no physical custody at all. Impressive job was done magically balancing between putting huge pressure on everybody in the court, fighting for his client as a blade runner and being so respectful and delicate in his words. I had seen that judge previously and you can't joke with him. Any incorrect expression will leave you with nothing. To put it simply, Baghdaserians Law Group is the best divorce law firm in my 8+ years of dealing with a high conflict divorce. I’m so grateful to have found the right law firm and would highly recommend. I have had the pleasure to work with Patrick, Natasha, and Ovsanna. Patrick (certified family law specialist) and Natasha are very experienced attorneys from paperwork to litigation. They are bull dog / aggressive attorneys in the courtroom that will fight for your rights. What is amazing about them is that they can read the room & Judge, and do it just enough to get the results without coming across as offensive compared to opposing attorneys I have seen. They can turn that power level off and be more personable when working with them outside of court. And Ovsanna is very friendly and has helped with all my paperworks. What is different for me with this firm compared to others is that they truly care AND have the actions to back it up. They have been there helping me defend for my rights and constantly keeping my son’s best interest in mind. They managed to help me get the least amount of custody time for dad, which is helpful so we can keep the incidents of verbal and physical abuse to a minimum. They are the guiding light through the tough world of family law. === And just my 2 cents for those new to navigating divorce: 1) Have all your court papers in order dated and titled (ie. 2022.3.31 xyz). 2) Divorce is an emotional rollercoaster, so take the time to cool off/calm down before calling or emailing about an issue. 3) Time is money, so make your writing concise. Use bullets. 4) Attorneys are busy so might not respond to all emails. What you deem to be a level 5 issue might just be a level 1. If it's truly important, email again. 5) Join Facebook support groups to learn from the experience of others and ask questions. 6) Don’t take anything personally in and out of court. Highly recommend the book “The Four Agreements.” 7) Have hope that things will be well in due time.
