From a personal referral in 2009, my mother and I consulted with Elder Attorney, Ruth Phelps. My mother was in her late eighties and worried about the expense of long term nursing care for her husband, my father. All these varied and complex matters were completely addressed, insuring us the best possible outcome.   As was the case with my mother, the value of her services was immeasurable.
