I was involved in a traffic accident that was not my fault. Although the accident seemed to be a fairly simple rear end collision and I thought had not hurt me badly—subsequent severe, and expensive, health issues associated with the accident quickly developed. They were also complicated—involving both the neurological and physical. Right after the accident the other driver’s Insurance company tried to rush through a minimal settlement which I almost accepted because I had no idea what to do or where to turn. Their claims representive started out being nice but soon, sensing my reluctance to accept their offer, started to pressure and even bully me. I didn’t know what to do and almost caved. Fortunately a friend of mine was well acquainted with Pius Joseph’s work and insisted I contact him before making any decision. From the first time I chatted with Pius I knew I was in good hands. He arranged immediately to take the pressure off me by demanding the aggressive Insurance company stop talking (harassing) to me. This happened immediately. Pius arranged full payment of my medical bills both physical and neurological. He told me my only concern should be to get better. It was wonderful. I was able to focus my energies on healing. My medical bills were all paid, and, amazingly, I received a substantial settlement, the highest the other driver’s Insurance would allow, from that “obnoxious” Insurance Company...20 times their original offer in reality. I cannot thank Pius and his efficient staff enough. Writing this review is the least I can do to express my appreciation for helping me turn a confusing, physically and emotionally trying situation into one that I and my family can look back on with a sense of peace. This sadly man has never given me a opportunity to see my settlement check and has falsely charged me for services that I have received by changing the accrual amount of my bills. He is very dishonest and has sent me threatening letters to try to scare me from moving forward with trying to ascertain my settlement. I would never recommend this individual for services. He has refused to give me the money due towards me by threatening me. Please be very cautious with this very unprofessional person.
