THIS LAWYER DESERVES 0 stars. He does not know anything about law. This case has been going over a year and nothing has been resolved. He sends his assistant to court. Why hire someone if you can never show up for court dates ? He claims he’s in another court while one has already been scheduled. Keep in mind THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION WITH HIM. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO THE TRASH. Once he got paid he never did anything. There has been nothing resolved and been over a year. HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ARGUE AND JUST CLAIMS ITS “DIFFICULT” . HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS ACTUALLLY ACKNOWLEDGABLE!!! *HIRE HIM IF YOU WANT SOMEONE WHO DOESNT SHOW UP TO COURT Constantly sends his assistants to court which are rude and don’t know anything. Damon claims he will have things done by a certain time frame and does not. Ridiculous to keep postponing for future dates. Each court is same news, no movement since Damon does not show up. Will be hiring someone new for this case as he just keeps prolonging things and no communication. Upsetting to have trusted in him and have not seen any good news on the case

Honestly the best attorney we have been recommended to thus far! He is trustworthy and will get the job done. I am beyond happy with what he did for me that I would give him 10/5 if possible! Beyond grateful for his work!

As in agreement with several other clients, I share the poor opinion of this legal representation. After a hearty fee, little to none of the notarized items that he had me fly out a moment's notice were addressed in court. When I pursued questions, answers were subpar, and he cancelled working on my case, as he had little to nothing to offer. He even went so far as to claim I "threatened" him by requesting the refund of legal fee in frustration that he... simply did not have any answers to legal questions. Do not hire this man. He basically takes the money and runs. Incredibly inexperienced and gets put doing the least possible work that yields nothing.

DO not under any. circumstances. He will "act if" as if he truly knows and understands the law but you will be doing it all yourself on his dime. Once you take it into your hands, your money will be long gone. A true charlatan. If I could a zero Star I would. After failing me umpteenth times and going through 25k of my money, when I as Him on his lack of knowledge. This was his response “ I will no longer communicate with you via telephone call and text message, as you have both threatened me and resorted to name-calling. (I requested a refund and called him a Charlaton - which he is) I am disappointed that our long-running attorney-client relationship has come to this point, as I can recall and attest to the numerous times I responded to each and every one of your questions telephonically and via email--even though your questions tended to veer outside of the scope of my role as your criminal defense lawyer. In fact, your immediate responses to the ultimate outcome of your case were that of unequivocal satisfaction and gratitude. I’m happy to say, after zero dollars I got this resolved myself. This man is clueless when it comes to the law and dragged this case on for over one year. One day, I was set. And I’m not even a lawyer. Just a self involved money hungry idiot.

Mr. Alimouri is truly a God send Attorney. He is very personalble, compassionate, and HONEST. My husband was facing prison time and after having a not great attorney we found Damon. He kept our family well informed of each process going through this case, made us aware of the reality of the situation and also what his goal was. He gave advice and we followed. After months of working with him, we came out victorious from what seemed like an impossible situation. Even the opposing Attorney did not see the positive outcome we received in this case.
