Scott Kosner is an excellent attorney. He is a genuine man and helped me with my case. He knows what he is doing and you can tell he’s been doing this for 25 years. I told him exactly what I wanted with my custody and visitation case and he delivered. I am satisfied with the agreement he helped me reach with my daughter’s mother. I highly recommend him to anybody dealing through difficult family law situations. He knows what strategies to use depending on your case that will help get that result you want.

Just want to say Ty for Scott Kosner for his help in my Family court case. Very professional and took the time to explain every detail and advice me on what to expect with Judges. I felt I was not alone through the process. He was there during regular court and child support. I was Impressed how he event won over my ex through the case when we were in court. Ty Scott. I really recommend if you want someone in your side that cares for you.

Scott Kosner represented me on the day of my hearing, he did a fantastic job on making sure the court schedule I currently have with my daughters, would be followed and respected by my their mother. Prior to this date I would pick up my kids as scheduled and they would already be gone with either their mom or grandmother. Scott is an excellent and very professional attorney that will defend all of your rights as a parent. I am very thankful for Scott representing me in court, because now I get to spend time with my daughters as scheduled.

I retained Scott’s services for my child support case. Choosing him to represent me was one of the best decisions I could ever make. His personality is great, very down to earth. I told him the situation I had and he took care of everything with the child support attorney and my son’s mother. He was very polite and respectable. Giving him all of my financial information along with an updated I&E, he fought to dramatically decrease my monthly support. I told him after running the numbers myself I had an idea of how much my support would be. He said if he was able to meet it or beat, I’d be excited enough to be doing cartwheels. Well guess what... it was lower than I thought, so when I went back home I sent him a video of me doing a cartwheel!! LOL! Scott and his entire team (specifically Stephanie) made me feel confident and protected from the very first meeting. First-hand he wasn't the lawyer that i needed. But the information that he gave me was astounding, the knowledge he gave me about my case was more information i had in the past ten years. I left their with more confidence in what I'm trying to do.

I went onto thumbtack to look for an attorney which was pretty late, and he replied to me within 5 mins! Messaged me directly from his phone. It was 4 days before my court day. He already had someone scheduled at the same time. Since he has a good relationship with the court he was able to call the day before to come in at a later time so he can be there for me. I was really scared, nervous and stressed out because I got myself into a HUGE horrible mess. Scott and his firm assured me that everything will be okay. Scott is truly a real life guardian angel, I was able to walk away because of the amazing reputation and relationships he has with the court and other lawyers. It was over within minutes. After he had to remind me again that it was all over because I was still in shock that it was all done and it was closed. I'm so grateful to have found him. He honestly made me feel so safe during that time. He is truly thee best!!!
