Dan is an excellent attorney whom I would highly recommend. I was dealing with a lien on my real state property which I was not aware of until I was attempting to refinance the home. To my surprise, the lien was filed in New York! He took my case when other attorneys were suggesting I deal with a lawyer in New York. He fought diligently and vigorously with a high level of professionalism. Thus, he was able to get the title company to proceed with escrow paperwork.
