I was very upset over the way my former employer tried to fire me without severance package of any value. Dale was assertive and explained the steps along the way. He even explained billing options I had. He recommended a billing that would maximize the cash to me even though it meant a lower fee for him.

This lawyer I have know for over 20 years. He has never lost a case for me. He has won huge lawsuits regarding huge businesses and institutions as well as lawsuits regarding individuals for me. This is a very detailed oriented and very knowlegable attorney. I would rate him in the top 1% of the best lawyers in America. He is a former University professor who taught law to students before they became lawyers so as you can see he is an experienced practicing attorney and he has been responsible to help produce some of the most productive attorneys this country has produced in the last 30 years.

Dale Gronemeier is an excellent lawyer. From the first issue in my lawsuit to the last, he gave me good advice. He was great at "thinking ahead" and seeing potential problems that I did not see. It took us over 2 years to finally get to trial because of delays by the "other side" yet I was supported and kept informed throughout - Dale was always available to talk through issues. The trial lasted over 10 days and was a multilayered, difficult litigation. The "other side" had THREE lawyers in court every day but I still prevailed on the most important issues thanks to Dale's hard work.

Mr. Gronemeier was clear and direct with his information. When I had questions he provided claear and informative information regarding the Law and my options. Of al of the Lawyers I have worked with he is simply the best. The flow of information was outstanding.
