I had some questions and concerns regarding my recent former employer and how they handled things upon my departure. I contacted Employees First Labor Law to weigh my options and formulate how I can move forward regarding the challenges I am currently experiencing. I promptly received a phone call from Oliver, who shared how I could proceed. I appreciated his knowledge, his listening to my concerns, and his providing the needed information for me to decide. I recommend this law firm, and if you have any hesitations as I did, call them; you won’t regret it.

Very good experience after a bad week dealing with my former employer it was great to have someone go through step by step what my options are. On the plus side I did not have to wait long to hear back from them after I call appreciated the urgency in getting back to me.

I spoke to Jonathan directly and he was very fast and very helpful with his response to all my legal questions making very clear on how to proceed with my legal action.

I called for a consultation and was assisted over the phone by Camille L. Banks, and the first couple minutes of the phone call was truly fine. However, after deep diving into the reason for my call, her tone started getting more and more antagonizing. She stated, “…you’re not ___… you don’t make the rules” + “…you called a law office so”. Instead of being antagonizing when “potential” clients call, please take a better tone. Of course I was emotional, I had just gone through one of the worst days of my life. At this particular moment, I felt gaslit and that she made a joke out of my situation that was quickly summarized and merely scratched the surface. There has been so many layers to my situation, and was able to find an attorney that heard me out + made me feel comfortable, and told me while we can’t go the route I was hoping - there was another we can consider. These law offices truly need to do a better job at vetting/recording their consultation calls, so moving forward they can use it for better training… and REAL PEOPLE don’t have to hang up feeling like they were made to be a joke/humiliated. I understand when attorneys can’t take certain cases, but to be treated so dehumanizing… I felt so uncomfortable even after hanging up. Please call elsewhere.

After an unfortunate incident, I contacted EFLL and they were able to assist in my legal matter. These issues are high-stress, so having someone help along the way is an enormous relief. I appreciate them being there in a time of need. I will most definitely contact them again!
