I ended up in a situation where I needed legal support. I had all the concerns, where do I go for help? Will I be given correct information? Will the attorney be to busy and pawn me off to some paralegal? Will the attorney answer my questions and be easy to follow up with? I was fearful because I had never been in this kind of situation. Upon speaking with Tarek I could sense he was genuinely concerned about my well being. Tarek took the time to answer all of my questions as well as guide me through potential possibilities. He is extremely intelligent and he provided me information I would need to take the next steps with confidence. It was also easy to follow up with him when additional concerns arose. I never had to wait to long for a call back or speak to some assistant. This was a breath of fresh air for me, most offices made it difficult to work with an attorney.
