I've worked with this firm on two projects, while both were handled with exceptional care and expertise, they both were completely dismissed! Their consistency is why I continue to choose them. Andrew, in particular, is outstanding - he’s a crusher! His guidance has always been sound, realistic, and has instilled a natural sense of trust in me during stressful times. No one really wants to be in a situation where they *have* to hire a lawyer, but life led us down a path where we had to hire an attorney for my mom, and we are SO, so happy that we worked with Andrew. We were referred to Andrew by our immigration attorney to help solve a traffic misdemeanor charge that could impact her pending immigration application. We were very stressed and scared, and Andrew took on all of our burdens! From the first call, to check-in calls, to emails with him and Jasmine (his very professional, warm, and responsive Director of Operations and wife!), to our final wrap up calls, Andrew and Jasmine were there for us. last year i found myself in a sticky situation and ended up facing a mound of legal trouble. i was facing over 15 misdemeanors and 8 violent felonies including one with a firearm. I contacted Mr Leventhal and his firm they immediately went to work. Within two weeks they got my car released after being held for 4 months. he built a plan for my case and assured me i would be able to see the birth of my daughter in a few months. as a retired vet I had the DA wanting to make an example of me and wanted to give me 5 years. the Leventhal firm spent countless hours reviewing my military records and the charges and came up with the perfect defense. he found the perfect doctor to evaluate my PTSD and how it was affecting my life, he diligently submitted the necessary paperwork to allow me to start treatment, he spent countless hours finding and submitting the proper paperwork and convinced the DA i was a different person than he perceived. he got the firearm thrown out and almost all misdemeanors. I ended up with no jail time and 3 years probation. without the dedication and knowledge of the law i wouldn't be able to see my daughter grow up. me and my family are forever grateful for what the Leventhal firm did for me.

The Leventhal law firm represented my interests in a marijuana trafficking charge where I was the victim of fraud. We awoke early one morning to find that our teenage son had been arrested and charged with a serious crime involving an automobile accident. Andrew Leventhal was recommended to us by a friend of ours who is a trust attorney, and he came to our assistance that very morning with advice and instructions on how to best navigate the immediate circumstances. We literally had no idea on how to proceed. As well as giving us instructions and advice on how to proceed, and of great value to us, Andrew immediately established a sincere, personal connection with our son, giving him hope and solace about his future. Knowing that an event such as this can be a life altering detriment to a young person, he guided our son on a journey to restore his hope and self-confidence about his place in the world, and advised him on the practical steps he could take to atone for this error in judgement. He helped our son find a way towards the maturity of thought, action, and concern for others that most teenagers develop only later in life, and as a consequence, our son has matured into a responsible adult very quickly. As the case was complicated, the proceedings were postponed several times over the course of an entire year, and Andrew stayed with us, delivering the advice and information we needed in order to make the right decisions as the case developed. Our son was facing significant time in custody, and we were terribly worried. Our confidence was bolstered when at each of the five hearings we attended, attorneys that happen to be walking by would stop to shake Andrew’s hand, tell us that we were lucky to have Andrew representing our son, and to say “You have a great lawyer.” We think they are right. Andrew is highly respected within the legal community, and that pays dividends in the courtroom. Andrew’s solid knowledge of the law, and the everchanging developments that others in the courtroom seemed to lose track of, led us thankfully to a resolution that did not involve any time in custody. We were stunned by the sudden reduction of the charge and the settlement of the sentence, and by the incredible relief in suddenly knowing that we would not have to continue fighting it out in court for an indeterminant number of months or even years. Our son will be on probation, and must complete some programs and community service, but he will thankfully be able to remain in college, and he will be able to proceed with his life as an excellent young man. In the near future, with Andrew’s help and our son’s mature behavior, we hope to have the charge further reduced, and eventually expunged from his record. We are truly thankful for Andrews help and expertise, and our son is looking forward to a steady, compassionate future. Lastly, we want to call out Jasmine Leventhal, who is the Director of Operations, and Andrew’s wife. Jasmine was instrumental in the handling of communications from all of the many parties involved, and well as the hundreds of documents. She and Andrew have a growing family, and we developed a real, personal connection to them as fellow parents who understand the joys and difficulties of raising children. We think this sense of family was an important element in helping us through this difficult time, and we highly recommend them to anyone facing legal difficulties. They helped me have a voice in this case. If it wasn't for them, I'm not sure I would had even won. My case was difficult since it was involving removing a protective order from my child. However after being told "no" after several accounts before having their counsel, they were able win the case by having the protective order removed and my Felony dismissed from my record. I can't even begin to write all the work in this case from them. From Yvonne & Jasmine corresponding with the DA to reaching out to character witness of my behalf. Then Andrew coming in well prepared and persistent into the court room ready to have a response to every thing the DA & Judge had to argue. First of all I'd like to apologize to The Leventhal Firm for not writing this review sooner. I was refered to  Andrew and I'm glad that I got pointed in the right direction. With all of what had been going on with the pandemic Andrew Leventhal along with Yvonne helped me with my case without having to show up to court . My case was a bit delicate since I have an immigration status pending and it was crucial that nothing would go into my record. Andrew is an absolute Pro, he does his homework and likes to truly help his clients. I fealt assuered and more at ease after meeting with him.
