If you need an attorney? The Rodriguez law group is great ! Joe was very informative, and completely engaged in my situation. I highly suggest him. He took care of my problem quickly ,I'm not even in the state ,and he kept me informed at every step . And made it all very easy on me ,and did an overall great job ! I honestly can’t say one negative thing about Attorney Demetria Graves or her staff. My divorce took 5 years (because of my ex dragging it on) it was the most stressful & tedious process ever & I’m beyond thankful that I had her to help me through the process. Very kind, communicative, punctual & professional. I honestly don’t think anyone else would of had the patience to help me through this! So thankful for her.

Patricia did an absolutely terrible job, she started by taking $3500 from me as a retainer which the retainer actually went to nothing because right after I had to pay $1500 a month which was strange because what lawyer charges monthly? I’ll tell you who a Lawyer who doesn’t want to do their job. Patricia made so many mistakes on my custody case it would take me forever to write ever mistake but she extended my time away from my baby girl because she did not care one bit. This was like living in a nightmare that would never stop. When Patricia and I were supposed to go to court she left me high and dry with some random lawyer that knew pretty much nothing about my case. After I waited 3 months I was told the court I had my court date at had no jurisdiction and that I would have to refile. She then took 3 weeks yes 3 weeks after I have waited 3 months without seeing my daughter to refile. She then believe it or not refiled at the wrong court house again!! After we were just told they don’t have jurisdiction, and I had to find out by myself by calling into the courts non stop because I did not trust anything she said because nothing ever was right when she would do it . When I would bring up something she messed up on she would Yell and get upset and have no sympathy to me or my situation and even said it’s my fault for having a child with the wrong person. I spent thousands of dollars with this Patricia to get absolutely nothing back from it… My only wish is no parent has to go to sleep crying every night not knowing if they will see their child again because their lawyer does not care about them or their child just the money you pay them. When I asked if my services will be refunded since I was in the same place if not worse, she told me she deserved everything she worked for and took no responsibility for it at all. I am just a father who wanted his little girl to know her dad was going to see her again and if I stayed with Patricia I still would not have her. The one paperwork response she did do in the 4 months since I hired her, I still needed to pay my new lawyer to amend it and fix it anyways because it was not correct. I hired a new lawyer that got me so much more for literally 20% of what Patricia charged me. I am so happy and thankful now I have orders to see my baby girl. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LAW GROUP . Also Patricia has been suspended multiple times for doing things the wrong way…. She has been an “attorney for only 11 years and has 3 yes 3 infractions with the bar and has been suspended for a year for her unlawful behavior.. Ps I am sure a other infraction is coming so she can be done for good so NO ONE HAS TO FEEL THE SAME PAIN I ENDURED.
