Definitely the most reliable and responsive lawvers. 6 months ago I was an accident which immediately put me in financial hardship. My car was totaled and I sustained various injuries. Unable to go to work for a few months and unable to pay my bills. I contacted multiple lawyers and most seemed careless for my situation and demanded payment upfront (which I was unable to provide). My neighbor recommended I contact pyramid legal. I was hesitant thinking they will be the similar to all the previous attorneys I spoke to. But Dave and Ed immediately answered my call and I can clearly tell they genuinely cared. Asked for absolutely no payment upfront. And even assisted, guided, and helped with finances to get me back on my feet until my case was resolved. Here we are 6 months later with the best possible outcome. I will forever be grateful for their help. I could not be any happier. 10/10 would recommended ! Thank you Dave & Ed !! I will never forget how you helped me get back on my feet.

Car accidents are a headache, regardless of which side you're on. (I was on the right side lol) Thankfully I was referred to Pyramid Legal where I met, David. David represented me on 2 occasions and since have gotten me a sizable settlement and even gave out a few pointers about my insurance policy. Basically educating me on what my coverage entails and other things I should add to have an even better coverage in the future. I highly recommend Pyramid Legal. Very responsive - text, email or phone call. Knowledgable - can answer any question you may have about your case or how to deal with insurance companies.

I was rear-ended in early January 2023 by an uninsured motorist and my lower back started belatedly hurting in February. Ed took my case so I could start getting treatment from the chiropractor, and he ended up being able to claim the full uninsured motorist policy from Geico. I'm so thankful he handled it so smoothly!!

David and the team at Pyramid Legal are quite simply amazing. I was in a car accident for the first time, and I didn’t know that car insurance companies are as predatory and menacing as they are. I foolishly tried to handle things on my own at first which was a huge mistake. After being turned down by a handful of other accident attorneys, Pyramid Legal was recommended to me by Eunice Hahn. From there, David agreed to represent me. He expertly and compassionately guided me through next steps and dealt with the at-fault party’s insurance company. Even with my missteps prior to bringing on Pyramid Legal, David was able to recover enough money to cover the cost of my medical bills so at least I wouldn’t lose money from this car accident. I’m eternally grateful to him and give the highest recommendation for Pyramid Legal. Communication, professionalism, expertise, and commitment to my case were all outstanding and made this anxiety-inducing process as smooth as it could be. I am definitely telling my friends and family to call this firm if they ever need an accident attorney. Thank you David!

I did not have a good experience with Ms. Rodriguez. However, rather than talk about my case and how it was handled, I think it is more helpful to provide advice to potential clients based on my experience. I am not going to invalidate the great work she appears to do with most of her clients, but I will say that for those few she does not prioritize, she will never take responsibility for her mistakes; it is always the fault of the client. When confronted with facts (including what she said in emails which can be easily pulled up), she resorts to cheap attacks and becomes very unprofessional. So just be careful when deciding to hire her and follow these tips: 1. When inquiring about your case, do not let her get away with vague responses such as “it is cue” (she loves to say this). Ask her to explain the specifics. If inquiring about a specific task, be specific with your question (e.g. “Was the claim filed, yes or no? What date was it filed?”). I made the grave mistake of assuming that her saying, “We are waiting to hear back on the claim put in for the bond” meant that a claim was filed. According to her, this does not imply that. 2.Never accept any favors from her. Ask to pay for any additional service that is not in the contract. She will use this tactic to gain your trust and make it seem as if she is really trying to help you only to later say things like: “You didn’t contract me [for that],“ “I said as a COURTESY I would [do it],” “YOU DID NOT pay anything for me to do [that].” 3. Call her out when she makes mistakes and/or forgets details of your case. She did this a few times and I would simply justify it by telling myself that she was probably very busy. Just to give you an idea, on one occasion after having told her that I wanted to move forward with a lawsuit, I reached out to ask her where we were with that process only to get a quick response from her telling me that the other side did not respond to my demand letter and I had the option to file a lawsuit. This had already been discussed in a phone call with her two weeks prior and I had already told her that I wanted to move forward. Did she forget to look at her notes before replying? I was a little annoyed but let it go and just reiterated that I wanted to move forward. 4. If after calling her out you see any hints of whiny and unprofessional behavior, I would say terminate services at that point. When she feels intimidated by being questioned, she will get extremely defensive and at that point her immature personality will kick in. She will never admit a mistake and will no longer prioritize your case. Warning signs of her unprofessionalism: 1. Her email picture depicts her squatting in tight red pants. I am assuming she wants to come off as a "sexy" lawyer, but that is probably not the image you want the other side to see when she emails them. I would not have hired her if I had seen this before. But, of course, my consultation was handled by the more serious-looking male lawyer with a picture of him in a suit. 2. She types in all caps when she wants to emphasize something. That’s a big no in email etiquette. 3. She uses words like “literally” and “irregardless.” This left me wondering if I was dealing with a high-schooler rather than a lawyer. I hope this is helpful to others. To Ms. Rodriguez, I do not need the response that you copy/paste to all of your negative reviews (i.e. Due to the nature of the work we do, I cannot respond to the specifics of this review” and “We wish you the best in all of your future endeavors). It is clear you are trying very hard to appear professional, but show your professionalism in your actual work and in your interactions with your clients. Your generic reply means nothing and actually comes off as condescending to those of us who have been lied to and disrespected by you
